FAA Part 145 · United States
Individually certificated A&P mechanics, from the FAA's own public Airman Releasable Database (registry.faa.gov), current as of the monthly file dated 1 October 2026. Only name, city, state and ZIP are shown — street addresses in the source file are not displayed here. This file does not include Inspection Authorization (IA) status, so IA holders can't be identified from it; an airman's certificate can be opted out of public release at any time, so absence from this list is not proof someone isn't certificated. “Nearest” airport is estimated by matching each mechanic's ZIP code to its centroid in the Census Bureau's ZCTA Gazetteer, then finding the closest public-use airport in the same state (or nationwide, for the handful of states and territories with none) — it's an approximation, not a flight-plan distance, and can be off for ZIPs right on a state line. Verify any certificate directly at the FAA's Airmen Certificate Inquiry.
